I think May 14th is date for new tender, it is still somewhat unclear.

You can't sell the 1400 shares that are bound by the calls you wrote but you can sell the rest at 20-13/16, just 3/16 under the tender offer. I did the math and decided to sell those shares. Still hanging onto the leaps, though. Hoping that STM makes public their putative offer of 22, which has been posted about on Yahoo. --Linda
