> I look at the stock options in a different light. I have to trust that Mr. Guild and Mr. Hwang are astute or that they employ attorneys or CPAs that are. I'm very comfortable that these two gentlemen see the potential of the company and are satisfied that their few hundred thousand shares will turn into millions of dollars. <

My opinion is that Robert Gordon and management are doing "all the right things", so to speak, to build this company into something solid. Look at what they have accomplished just since, oh, December even. Very good alliances have been made and we're also seeing the one with Signature expanding already. I look forward to what else is coming from this company! With what Hwang's division has to offer I think that we've only barely begun to see its fruits. Then there's additional, future alliances for the card division. The teleservices' division, offering clients the capability to provide that so-important human contact, has been undervalued in discussion here, IMHO.

My earlier posts today from the 10K were just to put that data out here without commentary (just a question or two) since only parts were otherwise being posted. I have otherwise expressed concern about the PP and share count, namely Robert Gordon's, because of a combination of some past history and the number of these shares doesn't yet (IMHO) reconcile with where the company is to date. As far as the options for others, I agree completely with you also liking, as you said, what they've acquired for them!

This thread should reread the press release and focus on the New York show and its impact. See if you can get in the show and you'll immediately get off the share issue and back to the orders that TSIG will be starting to fill.

Yeah, I was surprised there wasn't more talk about this too. They'll be showing to a large number of attendees. And you're right, we haven't yet seen what TEMPO will do!

It's strange to have such mixed feelings on this one - some nagging questions on the one hand but comfort & anticipation on the other. As long as the company keeps doing what they've been doing - producing - I'm long too!
