Standard lock up period for restricted stocks, from a LAWYER:

Francois - One year is probably the "standard" holding period or lockup period for restricted securities of many types, IMO, but 6 months is very common, too. It's possible that some might reverse the above, but I think 1 year is more common. -Eric

So, some "know it all" on this Board might want to go back to "Invest 101" for a while.
