Marty et al.,

Whoa! What did I miss? IMCL is a couple of years from market, they have almost 47 million in cash, milestone payments coming, even a few sales of diagnostic probes (if memory serves), and yet they want to issue more shares? What's the rationale? Or are y'all going to make me go dig it up myself? Regardless, it could be the threat of dilution that is reversing the stock's ascent for the moment.

Cheers, Tuck (still watching, but evidently not closely enough)

15 millions more ? That means it will have 39 millions altogether. Won't that dilute the shareholders ? 24.2 million shares at 19.5 = 39.2 millions at 12. Is that what is driving IMCL down ? I am trying to get in but is this a bad moment or what ?
