Hello teevee, The goal now should be to find the next most undervalued REIT. With consolidation starting, Buffet buying, and the market in better shape, this is likely to be the first of many deals. These real estate guys can integrate new assets faster than almost any other type of company. More to come...which one? Regards, Confluence PS. Please let me know when you move.
