QNTM has close to $800m of cash, and has been salting away about $100/quarter for the past few quarters.

As to what will get the stock moving, see the "Disk Drive" thread for some discussion, albeit not all that enlightening. Slightly OT: FYI, there are a lot of long term QNTM holders and traders here who have been participating in this and other DD threads for several occasionally rewarding and mostly frustrating years now. Many of our discussions can be best read as fragments of a longer dialogue which you can best get ahold of by going back and reading the DD thread as well as the thread of whichever of the DD stocks you are interested in. You don't have to read it all, just pick a month here and there, skim the headings of the posts, read a few. You'll get the sense.

Good luck. As a DD investor, you have just entered....

the Twilight Zone. <g>

Badger: that pretty much sums it for me as well: Counting the days to tracking stock. About 26 and above, I will be quite happy with the money I make....I think I will get there with the tracking stock. Figuring 20 for DLT and 6 for HDD should be a no brainer. Good luck to you.

Badger, how about a close AT 18 on higher volume? Gottfried [end]
