VOTE NO!!!!!!!!!! An Open Letter To All Tracer Shareholders: I urge everyone to hold their stock....DON'T SELL IT...that is exactly what they want. They want to pick up cheap stock. They have let the price of this company falter for the last 3-4 months. When was the last time you saw an update or any news with anything positive in it? How can we get the stock over a dollar when everything that comes out is negative? There must be something positive on the horizon for this company... but no one knows but management....sound fishy to you??????? KEEP YOUR STOCK AND VOTE NO!!!!!!!!! It is also a suggestion to send a message and line out any directors or other company personnel that you think is acting in their own best interest.....I know I will...I can't wait for my proxy.....
