Maintenance,

That reminds me of the story of a man walking down the street and he sees an old friend. "Hey JP how are you?"
"Don't call me JP, call me Lucky"
"OK JP, why should I call you Lucky?"
"The other day I was walking down the street and as I walked a piano moving company was moving a piano to the second floor by rope. The rope broke and the piano came crashing down and just about hit me. Call me Lucky."
Two weeks later the same man saw Lucky and said "Hey Lucky, how are you?"
"Don't call me Lucky, call me Lucky Lucky."
"OK Lucky, why should I call you Lucky Lucky?"
" the other day I just finished making a telephone call on a public phone and as I hung up a city bus went out of control and hit the phone booth. I was just about killed! Call me Lucky Lucky"
Again two weeks later the man saw Lucky Lucky and said "Hey Lucky Lucky how are you?"
"Don't call me Lucky Lucky, call me Lucky Lucky Lucky"
"OK Lucky Lucky, why should I call you Lucky Lucky Lucky?"
"Last night I am at home making love to my wife and the chandelier over the bed came crashing down and hit me on the middle of the back."
"Why should I call you Lucky Lucky Lucky for that?"
"Five minutes sooner and it would have got me on the back of the head."

regards,

DRA
