Not one is asking anyone to buy or sell anything, just calling attention to some information that should be included (in my opinion) in a thoughtful review. Assign it any weight you see fit:)

Management credentials I give a plus, but can they execute is an open question, but if there was no risk, I suspect the price would be a good bit higher. Of course they are now 3 times more expensive when I first pulled up a chair.

At least we will not have a long wait to find out and will be able to see for ourselves the daily volume over the system. However, my guess is that a seat at the table will be much more expensive as that date nears.

Perhaps someone else can address this: My understanding is that the contract with the Philly contains an escape clause, and that had the philly merged with the NASDAQ/AMEX, Ashton would have exercised it. I couldn't understand that position, but perhaps todays news sheds some light on this? Interestingly, I noticed Ashton put today's article on their homepage. Is this just because they got some good PR themselves or does this also reflect their positive sentiment about the potential merger?
