Yup, it's about weighing the risks vs the stock price. Financials are definitely going to be needed before bigger fish swim in this ocean (ok, I'm not a writer). And, they will be needed before we can get a listing on a reputable exchange.

They very well may be trying to minimize any negative news--counterfeits, risk of non-payment, whatever. Then again they may not be. Who knows? They do and we don't. And they may know that there are things we want to know that they just don't know right now. Who's on first?
We are--and we may get thrown out, but at least we are in the game.

The current story will be over in a few months. Let's hope we're still in the same book then and that it has a happily ever after ending. Gotta go.
Ted

All's well that ends well, Les. Imagine what it must
be like trying to outwit the Russian mafia while
simultaneously protecting your rear end and turning a
profit(hopefully). I would think safety might even
become a factor.

I'd let the auditors handle the audit and when they're
done give them a pat on the back or send them to Russia.

I've seen more bad stories coming from audited companies
lately than anyone. My trust in Kevin and HGRM is what
continues to encourage me. He hasn't let me down yet.
Sure that sounds vapid, but what tangibles are there
when you really get down to it? Any company can pull
the rug out from under you. We're in this business with
very little to go on but pure instinct sometimes, even
with the best of the best.

Let's pull for HGRM to succeed in the face of a difficult
task against some of the most unsavory characters we can
imagine. In an oblique kind of way, we are contributing
to the success or failure of democracy in Russia. The
tax stamp program is in the crux. Good luck to us all.

Best to you.

Bob
