A couple of weeks ago there was a DELL-IBM rumor rattling around.
The rumor was that IBM was getting out of PC manufacturing.
IBM was going to subconcract production from DELL
ie IBM labels on DELL machines, shipped from DELL factories to IBM customers. That makes alot of sense.
DELL is the best PC manufacturer in the world. IBM lost 1 billion building PC's last year. Join IBM's sales with DELL's production talents and you'd RULE THE WORLD!!!
