As for options not sure..Don't they have also file buy before sell?
Gates buy options for cents than sell for dollars :)

Uncle,

I think these are the same people who just exercised their options before the quarterly report, now they filed a 144 to sell and they have 90 days from the filing date to complete the transaction.
