If you don't like the conference call plan, you could remind SFAM that the SEC, specifically Arthur Levitt is taking an increasingly dim view of Selective Disclosure. If you really want to influence them,you could always advise the SEC in advance of SFAM's intent to do some Selective Disclosure... the email was / and probably still is help@sec.gov FWIW, Ian.
