More press for Upuka:

biz.yahoo.com

Even though I believe in the long run, a press release on one (or all) of the AUA abstracts won't amount to a hill of beans, it would have been a nice bone to throw an anxious investor base. Then again if the lawsuit settlement is near, I guess Vivus' may figure you don't want to go target shooting right before you're about to get aquitted of murder. Then again.... (The AUA abstract link on the Vivus site is still broken, now THAT's pathetic.)

Today was a heartbreaker for people (including myself) watching the tape...a nice run up with good volume...oh what's that... a spike above six....ALERT: Vivus halted, news pending!!!...Domestic partner announced at AUA meeting!!!!....<poof!>..Vivus close @ 5 down 3/16

As someone said on the Yahoo board and a couple of people alluded to here, the chart doesn't lie. The same way we rehashed over and over and over why Vivus won't go down at 12...10...6...4...3...2 the writing was on the wall.

Take a damn good look at the 1 year and 3 month chart and I defy anyone tell me there isn't something brewing. Andreas and Curtis you care to take a shot?
