not exactly. Qfeed provides data to qcharts. Qcharts the application has little to do with qfeed.

Qcharts and your application can run at same time cause
hot lists are only generated while server is running


Qcharts and your app can run at the same time.

hotlists are generated by the quote.com servers and provided by qfeed independent of qcharts.
