susan byrne likes crescent. It's widely held as reits go.. I have a big chunk of RFI that went screaming up recently :-) and a little bit of FSN and RIF. I am tempted to dump the FSN and buy PNP. Most of the reits are microcaps and destined for consolidation. It's vastly easier to buy RFI on dips and reinvest the monthly dividends than to buy invidividual reits. Cohen and steers earn their fees.
