John and Jules,

As a shareholder of PTEC for over four years, I want to know more about the financial details of each one of the deals. However, wouldn't PTEC be setting itself to be sued if they don't meet projections? And what if PTEC projected very, very low financial expectations, wouldn't that cause many investors to dump and run ? and wouldn't that open them for additional criticism and maybe even law suits for not doing what's best for their shareholders?

Sometimes the best strategy maybe not to say anything, and let the earnings (or lack thereof) tell the story.

Ahmad
