On March 26 1993, the BC securities commission advised the
VSE that the company had filed the required records for which
it was subject to a cease trade order dated March 17 1993.
However, trading will remain suspended pending clarification
of market activity, share distribution and the involvement of
Mr Rene Hamouth.
