Now this makes sense. I have been thinking the stock price has been purposefully brought down over the last 5 days in almost regular intervals. We are close enough to the PP price now that it would seem the selling may start to slow a little but will come back in just as soon as the buying starts to push it up again.

I also wonder if the company has agreed not to release any news until after the PP is given approval? It is in the company's interest to get the PP done and to grant Yourkton the stock at the agreed to price in order to propel the company on to greater heights. It is this that makes me hold on instead of trading it out. I think our bottom has been reached though I would say we will hang around here for a few days.

Usually when a deal like this is put together, it's the average share price over a certain number of days, then they get a discount to that price.

It's a keeper, we can't miss!!!
