To All NPSC Investors: I spoke briefly with Mark Blundell, Friday afternoon. The numbers crunching process, and final contract negotiations process on the deal I had mentioned previously(Connecticut agency Acquisition), require additional time and so the end of May target will not be reached. The 4th quarter financials will accompany end of year summary, closer to the end of June. June 28, is their SEC drop dead date. He will announce other developments in and around this same time frame. As for the PR firm. They are contemplating an offer, he has made. I did not get the impression he is pursuing a PR firm hire, other than as a consequence of an acquisition. On the subject of NASDAQ listing: Mark sees this as a strategic objective, that impart motivates the companies acquisition goals. It is however a catch 22, as an increase in stock price becomes a necessary element in attracting key partners. Mark believes, we can obtain the necessary $4 dollar stock price, on the basis of current fundamentals, which in turn will help attract partners, to get the asset valuation up to the NASDAQ qualifying threshold. He has relationships with several large privately held advertising firms, which would be interested in merging into a public company, when the stock price is at qualifying levels. I informed Mark about the activities of the "cartel". He is especially encouraging of the activity of the cartel that seeks to collect investor recommendations for improvements to their website. From my own personal experience, the company has been very receptive to change in this area.
