In the past, the US has supported some pretty nasty dictators.

<< Also in the present.

Of course, they are all 'friends' of the West, unlike Milosovich. So all we care about is maintaining the status quo. >>

Hey! You make it sound like it is easy to overthrow or deal with dictators. It is not.

I don't know how to respond to this since it doesn't seem to relate to what I wrote. Do you agree that the US currently (not just 'in the past') supports dictators?

Well Barry, according to your criteria of "genecide" we should have been bombing China long ago.

Bombs away....Kill another 20 children and the liberal Democrats are happy!

I guess their only worried about "starving children" as a form of death. Slicing their head open and sucking out their brain, or obliterating their bodies with a Tomahawk missile is acceptable.

Beam me up Scotty, this actually makes sense to some people on this planet.

Michael

<<Would you call for an embargo? Would you use military force? Would you call for sanctions? Would you trade with them?>>

Fair question Robert. I would do what ever I could do to stop the injustice without perpetrating any myself. It is ethically, religiously, and legally forbidden for me to target innocent beings as a strategy to hurt my enemy. The clinton regime has done just that to the tune of hundreds of thousands of innocent villagers now dead. What would you do with a commander who intentionally exterminates hundreds of thousands of innocent villagers to make a point with his enemy. Never mind, you are already doing it, on your knees before clinton.

Secretary of State Madeleine Albright didn't deny such figures when she explained that "Yes, we think the price is worth it" when asked on CBS 60 Minutes program (5/11/96) if maintaining the blockade was worth the death of half a million children.

Got something stuck in your eye? Like a mote....whatever that is.
