Logpoint,

Re:"Since you live in San Jose and Log Point is located in Mountain View (just 7-8 miles), you have an open invitation to visit Log Point. Just give us a call and we will arrange, under non-disclosure, to show you how to make exponential floating point precise. You may learn something."

Thanks for the invitation, I would like to do that.

Send me an e-mail at with your NDA kash@ix.netcom.com and we can exchange contact information as well.

Regards,

Kash.

Long five figures on LGPT. Just a few questions:
1) 4/21 "Log Point will now be shipping .....immediately to its' first customers." This is hype. There are no customers so how can you ship. Immediately is that day or perhaps the next day not two+ weeks.

2) Why buy back stock if you are in need of capital. BB stocks are motivated by share price not sound business developments.

My purchase was technical in nature. Low float, compelling technology story and a relatively small following. The confluence of such factors are powerfull. BB stocks are guilty until PROVEN innocent. "LOG POINT TO BEGIN SHIPPING SUPERSPEED TO CUSTOMERS" Guilty.

logpoint (Sam?), I noticed that Kash had accepted your offer to visit the Log Point office to better understand the company's product offerings. This was done within minutes of your offer on May 4th. Kash's request was to email him with details, in particular, the non-disclosure agreement (NDA)that you wanted him to abide to.

Yesterday, Kash indicated that he was never contacted by Log Point personnel. He seems to still be willing to visit and, maybe, will report back his findings to the LGPT SI message board. Being a new shareholder, I would encourage this visit and the information that Kash could add to myself and other investors. Will you arrange to provide Kash with the NDA so the visit can be arranged?

I believe that Kash has a background that could be beneficial in providing an independent examiniation of the Log Point products. He is the President of MacroTech Semiconductor, Inc.

Here is a link to his company's web site for additional information on his company. It also has a fax number so that the NDA can be faxed to him.

This is very hard for me to post this, as the one who started this thread and also a firm believer in the company. I have personally not sold any of my shares.

Logpoint, if you are still reading this thread please explain the content of the following post copied from the Raging Bull thread.
I am personally finished with investing in OTC/BB stocks. However, I hope I will make a profit by holding LGPT.

Copied from the Raging Bull thread!
I do apologize, my earlier post was hurried and vague, but lets get one thing straight, I have lost a lot of money on this stock
and I will never buy it back. If you would like to read what I have been told over the last year here is the story! I bought over
100,000 shares in a 3 week period because they kept on promising this financing deal will go through and I would be able to
make a few hundred thousand quickly. When the stock reached $3 I wanted to sell, but they told they had the 10 million funded,
and when I hear the word funded I assume money in hand, and the reason that they did not have the press release out is
because the market was bad at the time, but it would be out shortly and that press release would drive it to the $4-6 range.
Then, they tell me that the letter of intent for funding was just waiting for approval, then, I hear that the banker backed out of the
deal, and now they have a possible lawsuit against the bank, it gets better, now they have someone else lined up to give them
the 10 million, but in the mean time someone else is going to give them a $100,000 to a million (I don't remember) to get
some of the things started. Now the smaller loan has fallen through, so where are we? The stock has dropped $2.00 in 4
weeks and I sure have not been selling! The last possible resort is that the other person to give them the 10 million comes
through, but again, that will not be till July from what they have told me! From the word go, I have been lied to by everyone
associated in the deal. I hate losing money in the markets like everyone else. I am not trying to bash this stock, I own over
100,000 shares, and I would be just hurting myself by doing that, but I am just so frustrated and do not like being lied to I want
everyone to know the truth about this company. They know that I have the shares to move this market up or down, so do you
think that they really care about your 5 or 10,000 shares? If they will lie to me they will lie to anyone. There is a little support at
$1, but after that it goes down very quickly. If you are in this for the long term you might be o.k. but, if not be careful! I am
selling, I have learned my lesson on this one, and I am getting out. Just remember one thing, if this company really has all the
great things going for them that they say they do, then everyone would be jumping all over them trying to give them the 10
million! That is my story on LGPT!
