How about this: All important insiders are not selling: very bullish

GNET: share outstanding 12.7M, float 9M. ( From Yahoo )

How many shares do insiders own? Not very much. That is one reason you rarely saw GNET insiders sold GNET shares. Russell and executives had to give up some of his shares @90 to Paul Allen. So they really don't have much left.

To put this into perspective with others, let's compare:

Share Outstanding, Float( in Million )
EBAY 125.1, 7.5 == 94% owned by insiders
PCLN 142.3, 10.0

Look at it, EBAY has less float than GNET ( 7.5M versus 9M ), but has almost 10 times shares outstanding. ( 125.1M versus 12.7M ). You are going to see lots of insider sale from EBAY, but much much less from GNET.
