About the NV10...

It won't be announced at E3 from what I've heard, and I personally doubt that we will see it this year.

"ChipDumb"?

In response to Jeff's desire to get an OEM PCI V3-2000, I decided to drop by a local OEM outlet store, "Chipsmart". I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw this on their price sheet:

"Diamond VoodooIII 2000 16MB SGRAM/TV. 157/195"

Turns out the $195 part is the V3-3000. I didn't find out which part the $157 part was.

The price sheet (last updated 5/1/99) can be seen at
chipsmart.com

FYI: My wholesale source quotes prices for the V3-2000 Retail as $115 and V3-3000 Retail as $159. Not the cheapest, but they treat me well.
