What are you hoping to pick up Intel for.

It seems like a pretty good buy at $60 or below.

One of the few things folks realize about most of the chip companies is that as e-commerce comes in folks like AMD/Intel can effectively bypass the big disti's and even small mom/pop shops can buy direct.

The white box market is still 50% of the total volumes.

As the IC folks transition to direct model overall margins should go up another 5-10% as distis make around 22-25% gpm.

This inevitable flattening of the distribution model is another ace in the whole for the CPU guys in the next few years.
