" It doesn't matter whom made first attempted to tie Mr Sklar's name to that deal. The fact is that Mr Sklar NEVER had anything to do with that deal....PERIOD!!! I can give ya the BC Securities Commission's Enforcement Division number if you need a little help with your DD!? LOL!!! And YES, you can be held liable in this case 'cause you WERE NOT just talkin' 'bout the article in some of your comments. You were drawing "CONCLUSIONS" that are totally unsubstantiated." What "CONCLUSIONS" might those be??? What I have stated, is that I find it passing strange that YOU are threatening lawsuits to posters for simply remarking on a published article yet the company, ABFG, hasn't even sued the author. NEWSFLASH - referring to a published article on a discussion board in not actionable. Also, the truth is an absolute defence is questions of liable or slander. PS what do you care whether I am Che, or Marcos, or whomever?? Where is it illegal or unethical to post on RB as well as SI??
