I don't like this part of the news release at all

"" Sources close to Comcast said Microsoft is aware of the deal between the cable company and AT&T, but that talks between AT&T and Microsoft are continuing -- particularly about Internet-related issues.
AT&T has agreed to sweeten the terms of its set-top box agreement with Microsoft, if the software company agreed to pull out of the deal, a source told the Los Angeles Times on Tuesday ""

looks like Microsoft wanted nothing to do with AOL on the deal

Technician:
Talking of trailing PE even non net companies are given such loft value. For example AMAT is a market leader and is in cyclic business.
But recently it was given as much high PE as some of the internets.
I would like get your comment on this as to whether it is a good candidate for short/put buying. Note that this AMAT's sector is
expected to recover but is not in clear yet.

I am right now worried more about recent T, COMCAST and MSFT's collusion than trailing PE.
