KEG has substantial land holdings. The last two years has seen them buying up lots of small oil companies the last of which was Dawson. This was a mistake and they paid a good deal of good will for it. However the management has a fantastic team that integrates the absorbed companies extremely well. Those Jersey boys know how to blend. Did some research on KEG last year..Here are some of the highlights. It is very impressive but they almost bit off too much then they could chew but with the cash equity infusion moody"s will upgrade their bonds to B from B - and give a "Stable " outlook. This from the mouth of moody's themselves!
