Can you help me? I'm so confused..

Since TNRG owns TIPS and the New Hampshire Thunder Loons
does this mean that if own 1000 shares of TNRG
that gives me 4 season tickets to the Thunder Loons
on a 4-to-1 thousand split basis after the DOR and
X-dividend are figure in, of course.

Also, is X-dividend like X-files or what?
