H...Pure NG plays????

Not sure I understand your question...But here is my list of E&Ps...I have positions in all... AXAS, DVN, EOG, LD, PGEI, SGY, XTO...I started accumulating in March and margin buy with any increase...I am aggressivly buying PGEI&AXAS now...If by "pure gas" you mean pipeline transmission I'm of no help...FWIW...jrc

Most of my holdings have been listed in the next dozen or so postings. One that is not, that I quite like, is VGCO. Since many of these companies don't have real solid balance sheets I rely heavily on insider trading statistics. Because of this my strongest buying has been in PGEI and VGCO. Also picked up some MEXP. PZE is probably OK, but the absolute lack of institutional interest in such an "undervalued" large market cap company suggests to me that something may be fundamentally wrong with the company (This was as of 3 weeks ago).

From what I am reading in the various posts it appears that if you are only going to buy one E&P natural gas play, it should be PGEI. Everyone seems to like it and it has a lot of upside potential.

Note: I hold a "significant" position, and am looking to accumulate more on any weakness. Do your own DD
