+sfh--- <<<<so how does a business that is doing virtually nothing lose 843k for the year--is that carry forward from the past? deferred salary--again, i can be had for a whole lot less!!! :-)>>>> The answer seems simple to me: -License and permitting costs -LEGAL FEES -Patent attorneys and fees -Sales related expenses -Leases and utility bills -research and technology refinements -payroll actual and deferred -did I say LEGAL FEES -etc.,etc.,etc., $843K seems reasonable to me.
