This is definitely not your normal scenario. As you well know, this stock has been about as predictable as a stock can be. I wasn't able to watch the trades for the last two hours, but I looked at the last 10 trades of the day - it didn't look like Basil-buying. The trades were in the 5-9K range which doesn't look like institutional buying. I checked the volume around 1:30pm and it was pathetically low. Most of the volume HAD to be within the last 2 trading hours. With a $3 stock, this is most likely retail investors; and my wishful thinking and optimistic nature makes me think this may well be a little flurry of inside information and/or "hot" stock tips (yes, it happens ALL the time). I don't think it was "daytrader" activity since then were no "rumors" being circulated on chatboards. It's OK to dream, isn't it?

By the way, how do you do those "private message" things?
