I could not say it better. This ridiculous garbage from SaraRobunson is preposterous!!!!!! I wonder how many shares he hopes to scare up with this. I am still waiting for his "company saving" deal he was making in January. I guess this is the best he can come up with. What a white knight, eh? I hope a lot of shareholders don't give him his wish and sell to him. I also wonder who the underwriter is for the rights offering.
I wonder if it is a Swiss Mutual fund manager? Boy, these guys aren't really that hard to figure out are they? I wonder what they could get done if they worked For the Shareholders instead of against them!

As per your suggestion, I went back and checked out Dalton's postings: it is interesting that in #601, he is saying that the previous rollback was absolutely necessary. Without it, Tracer would be "doomed", and that the Pink Sheets or Bulletin Board would not be a viable alternative to NASDAQ.
