Tim and thread... I apologize to you and to the members of your thread for two things -- for badly misreading you and for sniping at you in the way that I did. It was a cowardly thing to do. I'm sorry for the turmoil that my post caused, but more importantly, for the distress I caused you. Based on posts over the last several days, you've been under varying degrees of siege, having to respond to personal attacks and distractions. My post may have started, or at least encouraged, this and I'm sorry for the time it's stolen from you and for the unhappiness. My message reflected more about me than it did you. When I posted the stuff on personality, I had read only a hundred or so messages from your thread. Also, I wasn't aware of the volume of private messages that you were also responding to at the time. Plainly, my snap assessment about you was baseless; I really know nothing about you. So, it was uninformed, unfair, and a sorry excuse for "analysis." It won't happen again. BillC
