MST 2000 has been one of the most informed and prolific posters on ASTN over on the Yahoo! message boards for at least 6 months (since I have been in the stock) and probably longer. His appearance here is likely due to all the garbage posted on Yahoo! boards that makes it impossible to weed through anymore to find informative posts or intelligent opinions. Welcome to SI MST 2000, I have been waiting for you............;^)

I am a transactional real estate attorney in private practice in Bethesda Maryland. I have no affiliation whatsoever in ATG -- they do not "pay" me anything, directly or indirectly, nor have they ever requested that I say or do anything to "promote" the stock. I purchased my first shares of ATG in 1996 from First United Equities (yep, I admit it) for 14.50 each , and have amassed a considerable long position in the stock over the past 2 3/4 years. Most of my shares were purchased over a year ago, many at sub-3 and sub-2 prices. Only a small percentage were purchased in 1999. I also own 10,000 warrants purchased last year for .45 each.

I made it a personal mission to understand exactly what I was investing in before putting almost $300,000 at risk, and have engaged in a lot of diligence. This includes talking to company officials, understanding the industry and ATG's competitors. I have had my own doubts about ATG, particularly in 1996 after the experience with First united, but have found them to be a very professional and serious group. I do not lie, and I especially do not appreciate being "accused" of some impropriety just because I joined SI yesterday, or am knowledgeable on the subject. Actually, I have been a voyeur here for some time now, and finally sprung for the $200 lifetime membership.

I also have a problem when I read poorly researched, poorly understood and untimely garbage that is posted about the stock. There are plenty of interesting and well reasoned matters to discuss and debate without having to correct all of the misinformation that is so authoritatively bandied about by those lacking even minimal knowledge about the subject. And I tend to go on a little when provoked. Sorry.

Is that responsive to your question? Sir?
