SILK range raised...This showed up on a brokers news search, but was not on Yahoo or Bloomberg... >>>NEW YORK, May 4 (Reuters) - The price range for Silknet Software.com's <SILK.O> initial public offering was raised to between $13 and $15 from $10 to $12, according to the lead underwriter. The Manchester, N.H.-based company is planning on pricing 3 million shares after the close today for trade tomorrow, with the help of lead underwriter Credit Suisse First Boston. Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including working capital. Silknet provides software that allows companies to offer customers personalized marketing, sales, electronic commerce and support services through a single Web site interface. High-speed Internet access provider Northpoint Communications Group Inc. <NPNT.O> and real estate information company Comps.com Inc. <CDOT.O> are also among the anticipated companies whose public debut is anticipated Wednesday. <<<
