Art,

You may not want to do this, but it is something to consider.

You can sell shares and use the money to convert warrants. At this point the sale of one common share converts about 1½ warrants to common shares, so you actually come out 50% ahead. You probably would want to wait till you get closer to the deadline and hope for a better price, but it is something you can do when you're strapped for cash and getting close to expiration date.
