Morning Check\Rick, Do you think we should write these guys and tell\remind them that "Rights Issues" are possible and more palatable in that they grant all existing shareholders an opportunity to share in the risk\reward of a current financing ?? The insiders can "backstop" the financing and take down all of the offering that current shareholders decline to take. They'd still get a decent piece of it by virtue of their own holdings and the backstop. Or would that be too much for common shareholders to ask\expect ?? Later, grayhairs P.S.--According to Christie's piece we're still a few days away. My guess is next week very earliest for the kill. May still get some more "cherry picking" chances.
