TDFX and STB are merging, and it was supposed to be finalized last Friday but they didn't have enough time to get the needed proxies back in time.. The adjourned the meetings for today (stb) and next week for TDFX.. its pretty much a done deal, but playing TDFX as religiously as I have since it IPOd I realize full well that it never unfolds the way you think it will... Anyhow.. earnings are in 2 weeks, merger, new product... im back on TDFX again but its funny because aside from the markets being very dangerous right now, TDFX is up there with NMGC so far as volatility is concerned..
