Good morning, CLMI float is small. Looks like around 6.5 million total out after yesterday's merger - 6 million shares issued to Zeros and Ones. Of the remaining 1/2 million shares - I hear 300k are owned by former mngmt and will be locked thru merger closing. Re: PRIT - I read wear Wit's Chairman - Bob Lessin, who sits on PRIT's BOD and whose VC firm funded the co, has a reputation for registering and selling shares pretty quickly. Not sure he'll do it with PRIT as it's his VC firms first public deal and would set a bad precedent. But you never know... That volume was curiously large yesterday.
