" Any biomed company at the stage that CYGS
would never have anything published."

wrong , many do

"Once the first round of those studies is complete the company will then traditionally have a symposium
to advise the biomed community of their findings."

traditionally , really. This is not the way it works in the biotech industry. symposium......LOL.
Before you accuse others of being ignorant I suggest you do your own homework.

Nonsense, Whispy. Partial findings can be pubished at several points in the course of research. Doing so is, in fact, essential if the company wishes to win grants or attract the attention of larger companies with an interest in funding them.

Publish or perish.

Bwahahahaha... I'm a working scientist, allow me to laugh. Sure, whenever one of us discovers something worthwhile, first thing we do is hold a symposium. Right after the press release, I guess. Excuse me, are those doctor friends of yours MDs or PhDs? Big difference.
