John,

I have had discussions in the past with Jonathan Rothschild about Cistron. He should be a definite plus in INCREASING shareholder value. Since he actually BOUGHT Cistron stock.

Of the several options to easily INCREASE shareholder value that Cistron has.

1)Buyback shares at these absurd levels(100% gain on your investment from the current levels).

2)Sell Cistron. For just Cistron's cash shareholder's should receive a minimum of 65-70 cent a share from several cash poor micro and small cap biotech or medical device companies.

What does AVAN and CIST have in common?

quicken.com

Hint: No profits and over $10 in cash.

Big difference:

CIST is at $.31 and AVAN is $1.25.
