I bought a few things this morning... 2 things struck me as odd - 1) not as much weakness in amzn as I expected compared to other nets (exds, dclk) and 2) Cisco seemed really weak for a while.

I'm not at all worried about Cisco results. For one thing, this is traditionally cisco's weakest qtr and in the past they asked all the temps (which includes IT contractors, a lot of expensive people) to take 2 weeks off in the qtr. This year they asked the same at the beginning of the qtr. As the qtr progressed this requirement was totally forgotten about, I know I was waiting for someone to get a week off and go on a little trip, that week never came. A stupid little fact but it tells you a little. Of course cisco never surprises to the upside so we know what the results will be.
