Chief, thats why I waited for your comment. I was interested in hearing what you think as you say you spoke to foundation. Thanks To all I just spoke to Harvey Bryant at the TSE, (416) 947-4563. Foundation Equity filed two notices regarding the sales of shares. The 1.2 million shares sold between April 16 & April 18 were not reported or applied for until after the 18th (about 2 days after I was told). They also filed a notice to sell 2 million shares which is the notice we have seen. That leaves us with 2 filings totalling 3.2 million shares. The assumption that the 2 million filing was to cover their mistake is wrong. It is not safe to assume the 2 million shares have been absorbed into the market therefore. The first filing has never been announced, until of course yesterday. The April 22 date in the release is incorrect. The second filing we already know of. The TSE is conducting an investigation, that is all they would say. Iam interested to hear what GLE has to comment on this. It is my feeling that they have lost credibility in my eyes somewhat. Iam disappointed to say the very least.
