SoundWorks Expands Internet Presence by Offering Downloadable Music

SEATTLE--(ENTERTAINMENT WIRE)--May 25, 1999--SoundWorks International, Inc. (OTC BB:SOWK) announced it has launched an aggressive campaign to have a significant Internet presence as a seller of downloadable music in a similar manner to that utilized by the GoodNoise Corporation (OTC BB:GDNO).

Specializing in nostalgia, SoundWorks International is a multi-media entertainment content company, manufacturing and marketing CD's, AudioBooks and Videos via Amazon.Com (Nasdaq:AMZN) and other channels of distribution.

"We are positioned to become a significant player in the electronically distributed music business," stated Jerry Dennon, President and CEO of SoundWorks. "SoundWorks has an exclusive and proprietary catalog of over 10,000 downloadable tracks which originally cost $20,000,000 to produce.
