My reasoning is that this will become the settlement. The 2 million filed correctly, the 1.2 million sold and then a notice filed. They will negotiate and as part of the settlement they will allow the 1.2 million to be part of the 2 million. This way they will save some face. After all the Foundation boys are from Edmonton, reform country. The Easterners in Toronto and the TSE will extract their pound of flesh.

Hmmm, could it have anything to do with the investigation?
