It has been done - The TSE has forced reversals before.

Tech company out of SW ontario - A director sold shares a few days before quarterlies were due and they reversed them all - millions as the stock tanked

Hi stephen, that would be great as well but it ain't going to happen. Just imagine all the arguing that will be going on at all the "blue blood" cocktail parties if they did that.It would violate cardinal rule 1, the privileged making money off the backs of the under privileged.

The TSE will not do shit, they haven't done shit in the past and they won't do shit now. Slap on the wrist at best.
