Dan,
I have never once claimed that I am without error, or that I am all that I want to be. I only say that I ant to do my best.

Am I able to love unconditionally right now. No, I am not. Do I want to be able to, yes I do. Do I think unconditional love is beter than anything else, yes I do.

That said, if someone attributed traits or deeds to God, and you thought those traits or deeds were of a type that you felt was of a low or callous nature, wouldn't that give you pause? If someone atributed an act of rape or mayhem or wonton violence to god, would you believe it at face value or think about it? When a mass murderer says he killed because god was in his head and told him to, do you believe it? Of course not.

Well, when I hear of actions or deeds tht strike me as mean, callous, demeaning or otherwise not coming from a place of love, I think twice and tend to doubt it also.

Mark

Dear Dan

Thank you for the gift. I recieved it yesterday in the mail but have not had a chance to give it a spin. I will let you know what I think in a day or so. I looks great.

How is Deeana and Connie. I hope all is well in Texas. I have to drive from San Fransisco to Atlanta around June 15th. Will this take me through your part of the world. Perhaps we could share a cup of coffee and fellowship. Thanks again.
