In yesterdays interview Larry Regis stated that they were planning on taking Medinah Gold public in the next 6 months.

My understanding from Russell at RGM is that its more an issue of when the SEC allows the new shares to be publicly traded. A company plan obviously plays into the equation, but legal restrictions of a new issue are at work here.

He also told me the company transferred the balance of the properties into Medinah Gold, but that they technically remain *unvalued*, which was just a term to mean the company won't really deal with them in a thorough way while disposition of the two main properties are still up in the air.
