Why Wavo Doesn't Suck

I think this post from RB shows how clearly WAVO is ready to take off. Wouldn't it be great to be sitting in your lazyboy watching CNBC (or the Playboy channel) on TV and split screen it with your internet connection so you can buy a stock from your online broker as soon as Faber tells you what a great company it is !!

"WAVO will became one of the biggest WINNERS from AT&T-Microsoft DEAL.
I predict Wavephore's stock price will run up HUGE within next two weeks. AT&T-Microsoft business alliance creates huge profit potential for Wavephore. On one side, Wavephore had a long-term partnership with Microsoft on developing Set-top boxes. Wavephore is currently developing a television-oriented version of WaveTop service for integration with digital television set-top boxes. Industry sources estimate that the digital set-top box marketplace will grow to 55 million units by the year 2005; On the other side, Wavephore had recently announced agreement with General Instrument Corporation (GIC) to bundle the WavePhore Digital Broadcast Suite with GIC's encoding equipment, and presents it to a potential market of over 11,000 broadcasters and cable systems in the US. GIC will supply over 15 million digital set-top box, over next several years, to AT&T and other leading cable system operators under the industry's Open Cable specifications."
